About the position

The Inside/Outside Salesperson at Nite Lite Signs is responsible for securing new business by contacting potential clients and providing excellent customer service. This role offers a base salary of $25 per hour plus commission, with significant earning potential for motivated individuals. The position involves both inside and outside sales activities, including creating estimates for signage and managing client relationships. The owner will provide training, making this an ideal opportunity for self-starters willing to learn and grow in a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Contacting new clients to secure business for signage needs.
• Creating estimates for signage and sending them to clients for approval.
• Managing the transition of approved projects to the Project Manager after securing a deposit.
• Answering routine product questions and directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of previous job experience in customer service or sales support.
• Excellent telephone skills and customer service abilities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in written communications.
• High energy level and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Resourceful, well organized, dependable, efficient, and detail-oriented.
