- Take applications and business bank statements from clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Work towards performance metrics and improve processes.
Requirements
- High School Graduate/GED
- Strong sense of customer service with enthusiastic and professional behavior
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with performance metrics
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a problem solver
- Excellent verbal skills with basic computer literacy
- Ability to multi-task while communicating with clients
- Confidential and respectful of privacy and security of information
