The position offers a competitive salary structure that includes base pay, commission, overrides, and bonuses, with the potential to earn between $100,000 and $275,000 annually. Your responsibilities will also include conducting ongoing training sessions for your team, implementing sales strategies, and participating in monthly bonus contests. You will be expected to maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company's values of honesty, integrity, and motivation. This is a full-time position with a standard 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday, ensuring a work-life balance with no nights or weekends required.
