About the position

The Inside Program Manager at Peoplelink Group is responsible for leading the on-site temporary employee staffing program for a valued client. This role focuses on ensuring smooth operations, fostering strong client relationships, and delivering effective staffing solutions. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork, with an emphasis on achieving results and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for the client, developing solutions to meet staffing needs.
• Analyze hiring needs and determine the best standard recruiting methods.
• Create and deploy client-specific and/or role-specific recruiting plans.
• Assist HR representatives, supervisors, and temporary employees with all temporary employment needs through ongoing communication and regular meetings.
• Establish strong working relationships with HR representatives, supervisors, and temporary employees to provide excellent customer service.
• Document all candidate or associate communications into the operational software system.
• Create and maintain reports tracking weekly metrics, open orders, fill time, turnover, headcount, KPIs, and other reports as needed.
• May supervise, train, mentor, and coach additional on-site team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of recruiting or customer service experience.
• Associate degree or High School diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and advanced skills in Excel required.
• Knowledge and experience with general staffing HR duties.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter with a strong drive to succeed.
