Excelligence Learning Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Account Director to join our team, specifically targeting the public-school, K-12 customer base. The ideal candidate will be professional, goal-oriented, a team player, and self-motivated. This role requires the ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts while building strong, meaningful relationships with customers. The Account Director will be responsible for expanding and cultivating business opportunities within a specified region, utilizing proven sales methods to prospect and identify new opportunities. The Account Director will forge strong, lasting relationships between school districts and Really Good Stuff (RGS). This includes making outbound phone sales to build a book of business within a defined territory, developing growth plans for existing customers, and learning, understanding, and teaching the value of our products in the education market, specifically in K-12 public schools. The role also involves striving to meet and exceed designated monthly sales goals, preparing quotes and bids as needed, negotiating contracts with clients, and devising strategies to enhance client outcomes. A complete understanding of district-level needs is essential for success in this position.
