About the position

Arcadia is seeking a Contract to Hire Account Executive 1 for Commercial Sales, based in Sarasota, Florida. This role is pivotal in marketing renewable energy products and services to commercial customers. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how Arcadia's offerings can meet those needs. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about clean energy and are eager to contribute to the company's mission of breaking the fossil fuel monopoly and promoting decarbonization. The role involves achieving individual sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. As part of the sales generation responsibilities, the Account Executive will conduct outbound calls to commercial prospects to promote and sell Arcadia's products and services. They will need to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services, ensuring that they achieve their individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team sales goals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups is essential, as is providing detailed information about products and services while addressing customer inquiries and concerns. The Account Executive will also implement sales strategies to reach targeted customers and increase conversion rates. Participation in sales campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives to drive sales growth is expected. Staying updated on product knowledge and market trends will be crucial for effectively communicating value propositions to potential customers. Additionally, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system is a key responsibility, along with preparing and submitting regular sales reports to management and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaboration with team members and other departments is vital to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.
