About the position

As an Inside Sales Executive in the Chemical and Industrial Maintenance industry, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by managing customer relationships, promoting products, and providing excellent customer service. This position is based in an office setting and involves working closely with customers, colleagues, and other departments to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with existing and potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide information on chemical products and industrial maintenance solutions.
  • Effectively promote and position chemical products and maintenance solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials.
  • Prepare and present price quotations, proposals, and product information to customers.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Process and manage customer orders efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer preferences and market demands.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Work closely with the sales team, technical support, and other internal departments to address customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Generate regular sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights to the sales manager.
  • Contribute to sales forecasting and planning activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably telemarketing experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
