As an Inside Sales Account Manager at CableMaster, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our company by managing customer requests, sending quotes, resolving issues, and reaching out to potential customers. You will be the voice of CableMaster, responsible for winning over our customers every day through effective communication and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will engage in business development activities, which include setting up appointments with prospective clients to understand their needs and concerns. You will work closely with the outside sales team to develop relationships and create awareness of our company offerings. Maintaining and developing relationships with composite cable dealers and wholesalers is essential, and you will create a plan for regular touchpoints that align with customer buying habits and needs. You will also need to understand the marketplace to adjust pricing at both the dealer and wholesale levels, supporting growth and consistency in our customer base. Prospecting new customers and developing a compelling strategy to win new business will be key responsibilities. Following up with customers on quotations to help obtain orders, discussing objections that may prevent order placement, and offering alternate options will be part of your daily tasks. You will be expected to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by management, and you will create and present quotations to customers, emphasizing the value-added features and benefits of working with CableMaster. Additionally, you will manage data entry into our ERP system for orders in accordance with company policies and work cross-functionally with purchasing and accounting teams to relay the voice of the customer regarding marketplace needs. This position requires a thorough knowledge of all products, processes, and policies to support and exceed customer requirements, and you may be assigned other duties as needed.
