About the position

The Luxury Account Specialist (LAS) - EAST at The RealReal is responsible for driving repeat consignment business by acquiring consigned items from existing clients within an assigned territory. This role is ideal for customer-obsessed and self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fully-remote, quota-driven sales environment. The LAS will connect with established clients, follow up on leads, and leverage strong client relationships to enhance consignment activity.

Responsibilities

• Connect with established clients to re-engage and drive consignment activity
• Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team
• Leverage strong client relationships to gain referrals for new business
• Outreach daily to existing clients
• Provide an outstanding client experience
• Review contracts with clients
• Set pricing expectations through deep knowledge of luxury, utilizing internal tools and resources

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven success in a quota-carrying, direct sales environment
• Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust and credibility with clients
• Proficiency and comfortability using software such as G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, CRM
• Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week)
• Self-motivation and drive to achieve results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
