The Inside Sales Account Manager will develop and nurture relationships with assigned customer accounts to understand their needs and preferences. Acting as the main point of contact for customers, the manager will address inquiries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires proactive outreach, with a minimum of 50-60 outbound calls per day to uncover leads and meet revenue goals. The manager will also reach out to existing customers to promote products, upsell/cross-sell, and drive revenue growth, while meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship-building. In addition to sales responsibilities, the Inside Sales Account Manager will maintain a deep understanding of the company's product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. The role involves processing customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in product selection, pricing, and delivery details, and collaborating with internal teams to address any order-related issues. Exceptional customer support is crucial, as the manager will address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive buying experience. The manager will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system, generate regular sales performance reports, and contribute insights for continuous improvement. The Inside Sales Account Manager will gather and communicate customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to relevant teams for marketing, product, and service enhancements. Additionally, the manager will champion the company culture by complying with policies for safeguarding customer and corporate proprietary information, working collaboratively with colleagues, attending trainings and sales meetings, and partnering with Sales Enablement to improve processes, tools, and sales collateral.
