Our CVL team works together to find ways to grow GMF's fleet and commercial business by working closely with our internal teams, GM Envolve and customers. We offer business-centric products and services that set our dealer partners and business customers up for success. This position will be located in Arlington, Texas and following a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the value proposition of GM Financial to assist the dealer to sell incremental new and used commercial vehicles
  • Effectively manage and market assigned dealer relationships to achieve all quality, pricing and volume objectives
  • Maintain effective communication with dealers, internal partners and factory counterparts
  • Point of contact for internal and external CVL requests or inquiries through the CVL Dealer Support Line
  • Develop business plans to align with corporate goals
  • Support, market and be subject matter experts in all GM Financial CVL products
  • Analyze dealer specific data using reporting tools and take appropriate action
  • Effectively communicates any dealer risk or concern to CVL Leadership
  • Develops and maintains dealer relationships by providing the highest quality service in the industry while effectively managing and marketing to those dealers
  • Maintains regular communication with CVL field sales to discuss trends/issues and look for additional GM Financial business opportunities
  • Uses logic, data analysis, judgement and common sense when solving problems
  • Looks beyond the obvious, probing to gain a better understanding of complex or unusual situations

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of dealership, manufacturer and CVL programs and processes
  • Complete understanding of commercial loans and documentation
  • Knowledge of dealership, fleet/commercial and indirect auto finance industry operations
  • Must be proficient in computer software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage work demands and pressures while demonstrating integrity and respect
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management
  • Ability to make sound business decisions based on policies and procedures
  • Detailed oriented and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience required
  • 2-3 years in Auto Finance Industry preferred
