Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads to achieve sales and service targets on existing accounts.
  • Participate in formal proposals, invitations to bid, and manage contractual obligations.
  • Qualify target customers for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Software-connected opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the regional account manager to support transactional sales and manage territory communications.
  • Foster partnerships with customers to expand knowledge and facilitate solutions.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education
  • 3+ years of customer experience in sales and negotiation
  • Ability to travel within the region
  • Proven track record of phone-based selling of products and services.
