About the position
The Luxury Account Specialist (LAS) - WEST at The RealReal is responsible for driving repeat consignment business by acquiring consigned items from existing clients within an assigned territory. This role is ideal for customer-obsessed and self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fully-remote, quota-driven sales environment. The LAS will connect with established clients, follow up on leads, and leverage strong client relationships to enhance consignment activity.
Responsibilities
- Connect with established clients to re-engage and drive consignment activity
- Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team
- Leverage strong client relationships to gain referrals for new business
- Outreach daily to existing clients
- Provide an outstanding client experience
- Review contracts with clients
- Set pricing expectations through deep knowledge of luxury, utilizing internal tools and resources
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven success in a quota-carrying, direct sales environment
- Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust and credibility with clients
- Proficiency in using software such as G-Suite, Email, and SalesForce (CRM)
- Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week)
- Self-motivation and drive to achieve results
