No matter the need, we keep our customers supplied and running. We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Sales Team. The Sales Team is responsible for creating and fostering relationships with customers, preparing quotes, placing orders, and overall customer service. Responsibilities

  • Meet planned sales/behavior goals.
  • Work with the Territory Sales Manager to set and achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales/behavior forecasts.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers within your region.
  • Proactively onboard and develop relationships with new customers.
  • Increase overall team effectiveness by qualifying each customer's needs before a task is assigned to an Account Coordinator or personally completed.
  • Accurately complete and review customer quotes and inquiries.
  • Review and give feedback on quotes completed by Account Coordinators.
  • Develop a daily, weekly and monthly schedule to call and communicate with your assigned customer accounts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in a business to business or prospecting sales environment.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Excellent prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Open to feedback, committed to continual growth.
  • Technically-minded and a problem solver.
  • Understanding of delivering on a promise of unreasonably good service.
  • Basic PC skills and some experience with Google Apps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
  • Ability to deal effectively with a variety of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Experience making and executing an annual sales plan.
  • Experience in an environment where Open-Book Management is used.
