About the position

The Inside Sales Account Manager at Unisan Direct is responsible for managing and growing assigned accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. This full-time, on-site role involves collaborating with a Business Development Manager (BDM) to effectively handle territory responsibilities, including making outbound calls, data entry, and preparing quotes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with your BDM daily through a daily focus session.
  • Make 50 outbound calls a day to schedule appointments.
  • Perform data entry into the CRM, including Accounts and Contacts.
  • Prepare all necessary quotes for your respective territory.
  • Send personalized emails to prospects to generate leads, appointments, and revenue.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Under 1 year of experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in maintaining customer relationships and exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable making outbound dials daily and not afraid of rejection.
