The Inside Sales Account Manager role at Randstad US involves managing a portfolio of accounts, nurturing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by managing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities within your territory.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, using a consultative selling approach.
  • Stay up-to-date on product offerings, market trends, and industry best practices to serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Preliminary email communication with new leads and forwarding responses to Account Managers.
  • Qualifying initial contact through calls and follow-up emails as needed.
  • Requesting additional information for Account Managers to assist leads effectively.
  • Sending pre-design checklists to new contacts when sending Team-Up emails.
  • Following up with emails and calls as assigned in the CRM/Quickbase Dashboard.
  • Supporting sales by entering and processing miscellaneous orders, including sample orders and hardware orders.
  • Assisting Account Managers with proposal follow-ups and answering incoming calls.
  • Preparing shop orders for sold jobs in preparation for production.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of client needs and ability to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Highly organized and able to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute positively to company culture.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in vendor relations (2 years preferred).
  • Design experience (2 years preferred).
  • Experience in inventory management (1 year preferred).
  • Project coordination experience (2 years preferred).
