As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee print, mail, and fulfillment projects for our internal clients
• Communicate with clients, team members, suppliers, and vendors on projects
• Identify capitalization on cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for key accounts that align with company objectives and market opportunities
• Conduct warm calling initiatives to engage potential clients and nurture existing relationships
• Utilize CRM for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and analyzing performance metrics
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for upper management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within printing and mailing sales
• Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships
• Demonstrated ability in business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present ideas
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
