Responsibilities

  • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Manage accounts and maintain organization within Salesforce.
  • Ask consultative questions to identify suitable training courses, memberships, or conference registrations for clients.
  • Collaborate with senior sales executives to understand and implement a proven sales process.
  • Present the value of ATD's solutions to both existing members and new clients.

Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in education sales or as a corporate trainer.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, including a strong phone presence.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Salesforce CRM experience is preferred.
  • Fast learner with the ability to build and maintain sales pipelines.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in B2B sales for 2 years.
  • Experience in lead generation for 2 years.
