About the position

The Inside Sales Account Manager at Keep Supply is a dynamic role focused on building and maintaining customer relationships in the B2B sales environment. This position emphasizes exceeding sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a collaborative team culture. The Account Manager will engage in proactive sales activities, manage customer accounts, and leverage a competitive commission structure for uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Meet planned sales/behavior goals.
  • Work with the Territory Sales Manager to set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales/behavior forecasts.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers within your region.
  • Proactively onboard and develop relationships with new customers.
  • Increase overall team effectiveness by qualifying each customer's needs before a task is assigned to an Account Coordinator or personally completed.
  • Accurately complete and review customer quotes and inquiries.
  • Review and give feedback on quotes completed by Account Coordinators.
  • Develop a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule to call and communicate with your assigned customer accounts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in a business to business or prospecting sales environment.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Excellent prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Open to feedback and committed to continual growth.
  • Technically-minded and a problem solver.
  • Ability to deliver on a promise of unreasonably good service.
  • Basic PC skills and some experience with Google Apps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
  • Ability to deal effectively with a variety of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Experience making and executing an annual sales plan.
  • Experience in an environment where Open-Book Management is used.
