About the position

The Account Manager position is focused on developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients while delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves direct selling, but emphasizes relationship-building over aggressive sales tactics. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills. A comprehensive two-week training program will be provided to familiarize the new hire with the company's products and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate order status updates, issues, and resolutions to internal teams and clients.
  • Work closely with production and management to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Handle all quotes as they come in and follow up on quotes with customers.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Past customer service experience
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Problem solving and ability to adapt

Nice-to-haves

  • Construction experience preferred but not essential
  • 5 years of inside sales experience preferred
  • 3 years of glass experience preferred
  • 3 years of project management experience preferred
