About the position

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with their window and door needs, ensuring an excellent ordering experience while seeking out new business opportunities and enhancing relationships with key customers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their window/door needs and ensure an excellent ordering experience.
  • Seek out new business opportunities and find new clients for potential sales.
  • Enhance relationships with new and existing key customers.
  • Meet walk-in customers for product demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Follow up with developed business leads and schedule sales meetings to discuss potential projects.
  • Assist walk-in customers in fulfilling order forms and placing orders.
  • Communicate with customers concisely and accurately, documenting order information and status through various communication methods.
  • Perform assigned duties in a timely and effective manner according to company policies.
  • Keep supervisor and manager updated on any problems and ensure accurate communication with the office and production teams.
  • Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of quotes and orders from customers using the Order Entry System.
  • Maintain regular communications with customers to ensure their requirements are met.
  • Initiate actions for customer service requests for order changes and maintain order/customer information files.
  • Ensure quality service to both internal and external customers.
  • Receive inquiries from customers regarding updates or to address queries or complaints.
  • Access internal systems to obtain and extract order information for customer service management.
  • Participate as a member of the customer service team and provide expertise.
  • Develop and recommend opportunities for improvement to existing procedures/processes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin preferred).
  • Ability to use problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and planning when required.
  • AutoCAD or Photoshop skills preferred.
  • Track record of consistent attendance and timeliness.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin.
