About the position

Kamps is seeking an Inside Sales and Sales Development Support professional to join their team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional service to potential customers and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing to Kamps' mission of revolutionizing supply chains.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
  • Improve sales skills to increase sales success rate
  • Triage and assess inbound lead value prior to assigning to a sales representative
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data in CRM
  • Offer support to sales team as needed
  • Perform all other duties assigned by sales leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Supply Chain, Business, or another related field
  • Previous experience in sales support or related role preferred
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel & Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
