About The Position
As a Sales Associate at Cosmoprof, you will be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, dedicated to empowering customers to express themselves through hair and beauty products. Your primary objective will be to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout their beauty journey. This role requires a passion for beauty and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will assist customers with a variety of products, including hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, acting as a trusted advisor in their shopping experience. Sally Beauty is committed to providing you with the knowledge and training necessary to excel in this role, allowing you to bring your unique personality and passion to the forefront. In your role, you will build relationships with customers, inspiring loyalty and encouraging them to return. You will recommend additional and complementary products, inform customers about current promotions and events, and set up advertising displays to highlight sales and promotional events. Ensuring that customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program will also be a key responsibility. You will complete transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a professional store environment and communicating any inventory issues. Demonstrating our Sally Beauty Culture Values will be essential in fostering a positive shopping experience for all customers.
