The Inside Sales Associate at Cosmoprof is a vital role focused on creating memorable shopping experiences for customers in the beauty industry. The associate will receive training and support from Sally Beauty to enhance their knowledge and skills in beauty products, contributing to a positive and engaging retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty among customers.
- Recommend additional and complimentary products to enhance customer experience.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
- Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, stretch, and reach as required.
- Ability to handle moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
