We are looking for a motivated, agile, and well-spoken Inside Sales Associate - Enterprise Commodities with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our Grande team. The Inside Sales Associate - Enterprise Commodities maximizes value-based selling of all Custom Ingredient Group (CIG) commercial products and other Enterprise commodity materials. If placed in this role, you will seek out new customers to diversify customer base while maintaining a premium price position in the industry. Additionally, you will engage with other Grande stakeholders to develop processes, extracting the best value from all Grande downstream products in the marketplace while diligently protecting the Grande brand. The Inside Sales Associate - Enterprise Commodities maintains detailed communication and documentation in CRM, sharing information with internal stakeholders regarding customer activities to ensure proper handling across departments. Initiative and drive are key to this role along with excellent customer service skills, negotiation abilities, and intermediate MS Excel knowledge.
