About the position

The Inside Sales Associate at Slalom Consulting plays a crucial role in supporting the global sales, marketing, and alliances team. This position focuses on building relationships and driving sales activity across assigned regions, requiring a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, people-oriented corporate culture. The role involves strategic outreach, campaign management, and collaboration with various internal teams to facilitate a positive experience for prospective clients and help close sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships and work closely with markets, account teams, and sales teams to drive net new meetings.
  • Influence sales by identifying target prospects and creating strategic campaigns in regions.
  • Research prospective accounts and targets using Account-Based Marketing tactics.
  • Own strategic campaigns in Outreach, report on metrics, and update sales teams with recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to support sellers' sales pursuits and help move opportunities to close.
  • Schedule and facilitate a great Slalom experience for prospective clients and qualify prospects before handing off to local outside sellers.
  • Overcome common objections from prospects and drive demand for net new sales in assigned markets or accounts.
  • Meet quarterly and annual goals and metrics consistently.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales, account, and practice leaders to help move and close opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of sales or similar experience.
  • Organized and methodical with strong prioritization skills.
  • Excellent collaboration, relationship, and team-building skills across internal teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced software skills, particularly in Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing tactics.
  • Familiarity with data insights collection.
