About the position
The Online Customer Engagement Expert at The Huffaker Group/Silver Bullet Lead Services is responsible for engaging with online customers to understand their needs and connect them with local real estate professionals. This role involves managing leads, providing exceptional client care, and working within a structured schedule that allows for flexibility. The position is designed for individuals who are driven, accountable, and possess a positive attitude, with a focus on achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with online customers to understand their needs.
- Manage new leads each week and convert them into buying or listing appointments.
- Prospect new business daily.
- Become proficient in scripting and understanding personality types.
- Manage the contact database system effectively.
- Attend training sessions and participate in daily role-play activities.
- Be accountable for achieving goals and results.
- Work flexible hours from 7 am to 9 pm CST, including one weekend per month.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow a schedule.
- Results-oriented and a high achiever.
- Superior sales and customer service skills.
- Growth-minded attitude and comfortable on the phone for 6 hours a day.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment.
- Desire to grow within a large business.
