Inside Sales Associate

About the position

The Inside Sales Associate at Nessy Learning is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of the community of Nessy users across the United States. This role involves answering customer queries, preparing proposals, processing orders, and providing training sessions. The associate will work closely with the Sales and Implementation Specialists to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, while also promoting Nessy products at industry events.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries and provide timely responses within 48 hours.
• Prepare proposals and invoice requests for school customers.
• Process customer orders and manage trial accounts.
• Conduct implementation and training sessions for assigned customers.
• Support the Sales Manager and team in achieving sales targets.
• Attend industry conferences and events to promote Nessy products and services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nessy products and services.

Requirements

• Experience in school-based sales or supporting neurodiverse learners.
• Teaching experience or experience working within a school or district office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems like HubSpot.
• Valid Driver's License.
