The Inside Sales Associate at Bay Insulation of Wisconsin is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service, office administration, and sales support within a supportive team environment. The position involves direct interaction with customers, managing orders, and assisting the sales team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by answering phone calls and customer inquiries.
• Enter orders into the computer system.
• Communicate with warehouse workers and customers regarding orders.
• Call customers to confirm orders and provide shipment and arrival times.
• Assist with coordination and tracking of customer orders to ensure timely shipping.
• Provide proof of deliveries to customers.
• Support the sales team with quotes and basic customer inquiries.
• Place and track purchase orders with vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels against open orders and determine re-order amounts and timing.
• Maintain accurate cost data on components and packages.
• Perform all other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Requirements

• Sales experience in inside sales or customer service within the manufacturing or construction industries.
• Ability to understand metal building drawings, architectural blueprints, and other specifications.
