Responsibilities

• Become proficient with all product knowledge
• Quote and close customers over the phone
• Provide live chat support to quote and close customers
• Answer phones, leads, and emails
• Explain features and benefits of products offered to produce sales
• Suggest and up-sell relatable products

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of automotive sales experience (preferred)
• 1 year of Salesforce experience (preferred)
• 1 year of inside sales experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in CRM software
• Strong communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Order entry skills
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
