About the position

The Inside Sales/Business Development Representative at EST Companies plays a crucial role in supporting sales, project management, and vendor coordination. This position involves procuring new suppliers and maintaining relationships with a wide customer base, including military installations and government entities. The representative will be responsible for sales support, logistics, vendor research, and marketing, while also securing new business relationships and maintaining existing ones.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales and project management activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and procure new suppliers.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships.
  • Provide sales support and logistics assistance.
  • Assist in marketing efforts and service applications for the DoD and other industries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Experience in construction sales and B2B sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and possess financial acumen.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical equipment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with DoD/Military contracts.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence and research strategies.
  • Familiarity with industrial products environment.
