About the position

Allegiance Industries, a premier facility services provider located in Columbia, SC, is expanding its sales division and is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Business Development Representative. This role is crucial for driving business growth by identifying and nurturing potential leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and contributing to the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of inside sales or lead qualifying experience, preferably in a B2B environment. This position is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong focus on achieving sales targets. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and industry events. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients is essential to understand their needs and effectively position our solutions. You will manage and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on lead interactions and status, ensuring that all data is current and actionable. You will conduct targeted outbound calls and emails to engage potential clients and introduce them to our services. Executing follow-up strategies to move leads through the sales funnel and scheduling appointments or demos for the sales team will be key components of your daily activities. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams is necessary to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts. Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities will help you identify new business opportunities and meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, lead qualification rate, and assisted revenue wins.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3 years of inside sales or lead qualifying experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and qualification criteria.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and other sales tools including ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing leads.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
