About the position

Bulldog/ADT Security Services, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Call Center Team Manager to lead our expanding Inside Sales Division. This position is based in Houston, TX, and offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $125,000 per year, which includes a base salary of $40,000 plus commissions and bonuses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, particularly within the residential security sector, and will be responsible for coaching and developing a team of over 20 sales representatives and team leads. This role is crucial in driving sales performance and achieving company goals through effective leadership and strategic planning. As the Inside Sales Call Center Team Manager, you will be tasked with recruiting, training, and developing your team to meet and exceed sales targets. You will utilize sales metrics and reporting to monitor individual and team performance, manage the overall sales process, and implement improvements to current sales strategies. A deep understanding of local market conditions and the competitive landscape will be essential in guiding your team to success. You will also conduct regular business reviews, provide feedback, and create action plans for underperforming team members. Responsibilities

  • Coach direct reports on negotiation and sales strategies as well as pipeline and opportunity management
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of 20+ sales reps and team leads to achieve sales goals
  • Use sales metrics and reporting to drive individual and team performance
  • Manage the overall sales process including productivity, pipeline management, forecasting, cancels and win rates
  • Assess the current sales processes, identify and implement improvements
  • Build & maintain a deep knowledge of local market real estate conditions and drivers
  • Work closely with our clients to integrate Bulldog tools sets and increase their acquisition volume of single-family residential properties
  • Build & maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to assist in realtor win-based pricing
  • Build and execute coaching plans that focus on good pre-call planning, exploring customer's needs and the sales process to increase the odds of winning business
  • Conduct daily, weekly and monthly business reviews with each sales rep to include lead pipeline reviews, realtor discussions, and coaching opportunities
  • Ensure 100% of team contracts are signed and paperwork uploaded
  • Conducting daily team meetings to review goals and communicate departmental strategies
  • Daily Manager meetings with the Call Center Director to review goals and communicate departmental strategies
  • Providing rep feedback by performing daily observations and listening to recording
  • Track rep trends and create SMART action plans for those who are underperforming
  • Track team attendance and approve PTO to ensure proper coverage to achieve goals
  • Constant contact with the Training Manager on new hires warm hand off
  • Provide team with proper sales materials and study guides and roleplay objections to show understanding
  • Conducting informal on the spot coaching
  • Conducting formal one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Utilizing Teams to communicate: Goals, Posting Sales, Creating Awareness, Creating Accountability, Posting Team Totals, Motivation and Team Building
  • Recognize and reward your top performers and any positive changes in behaviors
  • Ranking reps on Teams to recognize in front of peers Daily/Weekly/Monthly
  • Be aware of numbers at all times!

Requirements

  • 2-3 years Inside Sales experience managing teams
  • 2-3 years residential security sales team management
  • 2-3 years sales software experience
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent attendance & solid work history
  • 2-3 years training & development experience
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented & willingness to go above and beyond expectations
  • Ability to pass a mandatory preemployment background check- REQUIRED
