• Support other department members as needed.
• Answer phones as a backup for sales staff when occupied.
• Work overtime as necessary to complete job duties.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proficient in 10 Key and typing skills.
• Excellent phone and customer service skills.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
