The Lead Inside Sales Client Manager at NTT DATA is a pivotal role that combines significant inside sales experience with a focus on current clients. The Lead Inside Sales Client Manager is responsible for mining new sales opportunities within an assigned account list, employing a proactive and systematic approach to understand both the implicit and explicit needs of clients. This role also acts as an informal team lead, guiding and supporting other team members in their sales efforts. In this position, you will manage and grow relationships with clients, driving expansion and renewals across all solutions, particularly foundational solutions, within your assigned accounts. A key aspect of the role is to minimize churn and maximize retention, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the buying process. You will generate demand by assisting clients in identifying their current needs and effectively articulating how NTT DATA can add value through its services and solutions. Utilizing the company's sales tools and methodologies, you will manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts efficiently. Your responsibilities will include presenting new and additional offerings to clients, communicating quotes, providing supportive sales documentation, and obtaining sales orders where opportunities arise. Building strong relationships with clients and demonstrating a keen interest in their environment will be crucial for success in this role. You will also identify opportunities for up-selling solutions and services while maintaining superior telephone etiquette. Compliance with pre-identified governance and compliance standards is essential, as is adherence to finance standards and procedures to reduce costs and report associated risks. Overall, this role requires a blend of sales acumen, client engagement skills, and a deep understanding of the company's offerings and market trends to position yourself as a trusted advisor to clients.

Responsibilities
