About the position

The Inside Sales Consultant at Glo Skin Beauty is responsible for driving sales growth from the Denver corporate office. This role involves managing existing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with Territory Managers and Educators to support sales efforts. The consultant will engage with customers to enhance account sales and ensure excellent service, while also representing the Glo Skin Beauty brand positively.

Responsibilities

  • Actively maintain existing client accounts by managing and growing them.
  • Create sales forecasts and conduct territory analysis.
  • Conduct regular business meetings via phone/video with active accounts.
  • Meet outbound call metrics and other call cycle requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to create actionable business plans for revenue generation.
  • Provide excellent customer service via email and phone to address account needs.
  • Maintain detailed sales notes in SAND for business continuity.
  • Work with Territory Managers and Area Sales Managers to meet territory needs.
  • Drive growth by adding new accounts and developing a robust pipeline of leads.
  • Educate and market to prospects on Glo's products and convert leads into customers.
  • Nurture and grow prospects while influencing wholesale promotions.
  • Assist on other sales-related projects and help with Customer Service call overflow as needed.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Positively represent the Glo Skin Beauty brand and share passion for products.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in the beauty industry is strongly preferred.
  • Licensed esthetician preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in a sales role using a consultative, needs-based selling approach preferred.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (inside or outside) preferred.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage work and self-direct sales call cycles.
  • Demonstrated professionalism under stressful situations.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office products and a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
