About the position

The D2C Inside Sales Consultant at Arka Energy is responsible for driving sales of luxury PowerGazebo and PowerPatio products. This role focuses on engaging with warm leads, guiding them through the sales process, and helping transform their outdoor spaces into luxurious retreats. The consultant will educate customers on product features, tailor solutions to their needs, and build lasting relationships to foster brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Qualified Leads: Connect with pre-qualified leads who have expressed interest in our products.
• Educate and Inspire: Showcase the unique features, benefits, and customization options of our PowerGazebos and PowerPatios.
• Tailor Solutions: Understand customers' needs and preferences to recommend the perfect products for their outdoor living spaces.
• Drive Sales: Confidently guide customers through the sales process, from initial consultation to closing the deal.
• Build Relationships: Establish rapport with customers, fostering trust and long-term brand loyalty.

Requirements

• Proven Sales Success: 3+ years of experience in inside sales, ideally in home improvement or luxury goods.
• Passion for Outdoor Living: Genuine enthusiasm for creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and persuade customers.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to build rapport, actively listen, and address customer concerns.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems and virtual sales tools.
• Self-Starter: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
