About the position

The National Inside Sales Consultant Supervisor is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of 10-15 Inside Sales Consultants. This role involves performing various regional tasks, including clerical work, data entry, and report preparation. The supervisor must ensure adherence to company guidelines and key performance indicators (KPIs) while fostering an inclusive environment for team members. The position requires effective communication with the National Inside Sales Manager and other staff to provide guidance and training in departmental policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Clear communication and direction with their team of 10-15 Inside Sales Consultants.
  • Tracking of Daily, Weekly, Monthly KPI's.
  • Coaching & Development of Inside Sales Consultants to achieve KPI's.
  • Partnering with the National Inside Sales Manager to manage, coach, and develop Inside Sales Consultants.
  • Leading team group chats and calls to communicate company updates, policies, and procedures.
  • Communicating and delivering team performance to both National Inside Sales Manager and Sales/General Manager.
  • Conducting quarterly and random call observations to audit quality assurance management and adherence to company policy and procedure.
  • Collaborating with other Inside Sales Consultant Supervisors and the National Inside Sales Manager to drive performance and adherence to KPI's.
  • Performing essential duties of an Inside Sales Consultant, including executing dials and securing appointments for underperforming markets.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of Coverall business or sales/leadership experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and Coverall Proprietary Operating System.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in virtual platforms preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Professional demeanor with attention to detail.
  • Ability to network effectively and maintain working relationships with team members.
  • Independent organization and project management skills to prioritize and complete multiple assignments.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Consistently reliable attendance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in virtual platforms preferred.
