About The Position
The National Inside Sales Consultant Supervisor is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of 10-15 Inside Sales Consultants. This role involves performing various regional tasks, including clerical work, data entry, and report preparation. The supervisor must ensure adherence to company guidelines and key performance indicators (KPIs) while fostering an inclusive environment for team members.
