About the position

The Inside Sales Consultant at Invited is responsible for selling a variety of offerings to prospective and current members of the Clubs, including memberships, private events, and vacation packages. This role emphasizes relationship-building and achieving sales objectives through a structured training program that prepares individuals for success in the golf industry. The position allows for remote work contingent on performance and involves a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on customer engagement and service.

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue by calling prospective members to sell Club memberships and other offerings.
  • Develop rapport with prospective members to understand their lifestyle and present appropriate offers.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals set by the team.
  • Complete at least 80 outbound phone calls per day.
  • Provide excellent customer service through prompt responses to all communications.
  • Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and time management skills while multitasking.
  • Adopt a professionally aggressive and competitive approach to sales.
  • Maximize opportunities and convert leads in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Attend all team and general employee meetings as required.
