About the position

The Inside Sales Consultant at Manuel Builders LLC is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the customer journey, from initial contact to potential sale. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, scheduling consultations, and gathering customer feedback to enhance the overall experience. The consultant will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure timely and organized communication with clients, while also tracking and reporting on lead activity and conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional, positive, and consistent experience to all current and prospective clients
  • Respond to all website, social media, e-mail, phone, and form leads promptly
  • Qualify each lead based on the established client vetting process
  • Provide consistent short and long-term follow-up to online prospects with the goal of setting consultations, meetings, or showings with building consultants or sales consultants
  • Provide information and marketing materials to prospects consistently and as requested
  • Utilize lead management software (CRM) fully through thorough correspondence and activity tracking, as well as entering/updating of all leads promptly
  • Create and deliver ongoing e-mail campaigns in conjunction with marketing department efforts
  • Track and report lead conversions as it relates to marketing efforts
  • Track and report lead activity and sales conversion ratios
  • Track and report all kept consultation/meeting activity
  • Attend all marketing and sales meetings
  • Work with supervisors to establish, meet and exceed goals
  • Participate in trainings and other activities as relates to sales and marketing
  • Read and thoroughly capture any client concerns, issues, and feedback from incoming reviews

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Technical knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel (high skill level)
  • Technical knowledge and skills in Microsoft Word (high skill level)
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Outlook
  • General assessment skills
  • Customer focused and personable
  • Professional e-mail and video email communication skills
  • Sales content management database experience
  • Solid organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to analyze data as it relates to lead generation and sales
  • Extreme attention to detail, consistency, and quality
