About the position

DF Supply, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to join their growing sales team. This full-time position focuses on managing inbound sales calls and emails, processing orders, and developing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach, with the opportunity to earn a competitive salary and commission.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales calls.
• Handle orders from A to Z with each customer.
• Answer inbound emails.
• Quote customers on projects, jobs, or single applications.
• Review sales order information for accuracy and directly input sales order information.
• Keep detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities.
• Schedule follow-up activities as needed.
• Develop relationships with key partners/vendors for growth of products within their markets.
• Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of inside sales experience.
• Proven track record of success in sales.
• Strong communication skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
