  • Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in technology sales.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Experience in business development and lead generation strategies.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
