Roberts and Son is seeking an Inside Salesperson to join our team at the parts counter. This full-time position is essential for managing the growth of our family-owned business, which specializes in Heavy Duty Truck, Marine, and Equipment parts. The role involves direct interaction with customers both in person and over the phone, requiring a blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to effectively address customer needs and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in person and over the phone to provide solutions to their parts needs.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Assist customers in selecting the right parts for their specific applications.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive or heavy-duty parts industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and using sales software.
• Valid Driver's License.
