About the position

The Inside Sales / Customer Account Representative at FASTSIGNS is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for customers, managing sales activities from lead generation to project management. This role emphasizes customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with management and support teams to meet customer needs and drive revenue. The position is ideal for individuals with a friendly disposition and a strong focus on detail, particularly those with experience in the sign industry.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for walk-ins, email, and telephone customers.
  • Work with management and support teams to satisfy customers and generate revenue.
  • Manage sales activities from lead generation through project management.
  • Provide consultative sales at the front counter.
  • Communicate details effectively via email, phone, and in person.
  • Consult, troubleshoot, and problem-solve to create signs for customers.
  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Schedule appointments as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Open to applicants with and without a college degree.

Nice-to-haves

  • Direct experience in a sign company, particularly a FASTSIGNS franchise.
