About the position

The Inside Sales & Customer Service Manager at Primetac Holding LLC is responsible for driving sales and managing customer service operations for the Aerospace and Industrial segments. This role involves generating revenue through proactive customer engagement, nurturing leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The manager will oversee a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that sales orders are executed to meet customer satisfaction. The position requires a motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for sales, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue by proactively contacting potential customers and nurturing leads.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the outside sales team to maximize sales opportunities and address customer inquiries.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Supervise, train, coach, and mentor a team of customer service representatives.
  • Coordinate company resources for effective order processing execution.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment in achieving business objectives.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
  • Fully competent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and other ERP systems is required.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to understand business requirements.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the Aerospace and Industrial sectors.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
