About the position

AS by DF is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to support our growing account base and drive success in our luxury fashion brand. The role involves managing customer relationships, providing exceptional support, and ensuring the optimization of AS by DF's presence in the competitive fashion market. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and customer service, particularly in the fashion industry, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships, providing exceptional support to retail partners and customers through both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Assist with order and inventory management using Shopify, Full Circle, and NuOrder systems.
  • Develop and execute effective sales campaigns to drive growth.
  • Coordinate seasonal product launches in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Monitor online product pricing and submit regular reports to ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Create and maintain a variety of sales and performance reports.
  • Prospect and secure new accounts, following the process from initial outreach to first order.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, soliciting re-orders and driving new sales opportunities.
  • Manage scheduling for markets and events, ensuring efficient coordination and communication.
  • Provide support to our network of showrooms across the country, fielding requests and offering necessary data.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, with a strong preference for experience in the fashion industry.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce and sales platforms, including Shopify, Full Circle, and NuOrder (or similar systems).
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly when engaging with luxury clientele and retail partners.
  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Comfortable working independently, while also being a team player in cross-functional settings.
  • Familiarity with data management and report generation.
