About the position

The Inside Sales Development Representative I position is part of a three-month program designed to fast-track the careers of high-potential college graduates into territory management roles within the organization. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in science or business who are passionate about sales and are prepared to work remotely after completing the program. Participants will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and networking opportunities to prepare them for future sales roles.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in commercial and product training with real-world experiences.
  • Shadow salespeople and subject matter experts to gain insights into the sales process.
  • Partner with dedicated leaders and mentors for guidance and support.
  • Network with commercial leaders to build professional relationships.
  • Take ownership of customer accounts and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Completed or completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Life Sciences/STEM-related or Business field between June 2021 and June 2024.
  • 0+ years of work experience required; relevant internship or co-op experience is helpful but not necessary.
  • Proven record of establishing goals and achieving results.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Confirmed learning agility and shown leadership ability.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual preferred.
