About the position

The Inside Sales Development Representative at Selfie Booth Company is a full-time role focused on driving sales and business development for a fast-growing photo booth company. The position involves engaging with inbound leads, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining client relationships to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess strong communication skills to effectively negotiate and close deals.

Responsibilities

  • Call and book events with over 500 inbound leads per month.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through networking and cold calling.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for business development.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and generate leads.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase company products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitors.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Familiarity with tools like Seamless, Honeybook, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Open Phone.
