About the position

StrideMD is seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This full-time, in-office position focuses on converting leads into enrolled participants for our patient monitoring program. The role involves guiding potential customers through the enrollment process and demonstrating the value of our services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with potential customers using a sales-driven approach, introducing StrideMD's remote patient monitoring program.
  • Provide detailed explanations of services, address inquiries, and employ sales techniques to highlight the benefits of the program.
  • Tailor personalized solutions for customers, ensuring they are fully supported and confident in their decision to enroll.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, leveraging insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to streamline the customer enrollment process and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets for customer engagement and program enrollment.
  • Organize and schedule appointments, handle customer records, and assist with insurance reports.
  • Ensure callers feel supported and valued by responding efficiently and professionally.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of the company and services.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record in sales.
  • Experience in a sales call center or similar environment is a plus.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service while focusing on achieving sales goals.
  • A patient-centered approach combined with persuasive sales techniques.
  • Resilience and motivation to overcome challenges and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though relevant sales experience will also be considered.
