About The Position
The Inside Sales Manager will provide leadership for inside sales activities. The position is responsible for sales and support of BRS' existing customer and prospect base. This position will work closely with the outside sales team and commercial leadership to improve sales and support effectiveness, as well as, serve as a commercial leader across (planning, scheduling, production, and shipping). Overall, the Inside Sales Manager will build and manage an inside sales organization and work with their supervisor to achieve BRS' commercial vision and goals.
